Refund and Returns Policy

At Olmec Technical Services Ltd, we value our customers and strive to provide only the best products and services. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’ve made our return and refund process simple and transparent.

Returns

  • You may return any eligible product within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • To qualify for a return:

    • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition you received it.

    • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, or tags.

  • Please note that customized, clearance, or consumable items may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method (mobile money, bank transfer, or card).

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges for size, model, or product variations are possible within the 3-day return period, subject to stock availability.

  2. Securely repackage the item in its original packaging.

  3. Return the product to our office at Along Eastern Bypass, Giriraj Business Park or via an agreed courier service.
